Scanned for codes and could not communicate. ECU was not ON or receiving power. Traced problem to fuse missing. Replaced fuse, vehicle started fine, but had charging system warning light on. Using diagrams confirmed multiple fuses were installed in incorrect location. Corrected fuse locations and test drove to confirm repair. Upon further inspection found interior power outlet fuses to be blown. Replaced and verified power outlet repair complete.

Scanned PCM and found multiple hybrid battery codes. Inspected hybrid battery and found very low voltage. Performed battery charge procedure using bypass method. Once vehicle started the battery recharged normally.
Inspected and found worn joint. Removed and replaced joint
Recover any refrigerant and oil remaining. Vacuum system for at least 90 minutes. Perform leak test. Add pag oil and dye. Charge to proper amount.
